Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping. You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.

Returns and Exchanges

Our #1 priority is to make sure our clothes make you & your little ones happy! 

We offer exchanges within 7 business days after your order has been delivered. Your exchange/return MUST be returned to our store within 7 days of when you received your order. You may return your product for store credit ONLY within those 7 days.

Exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have tags still intact and returned in original condition

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and no odors
